The icy peaks of Kalthus hold three Shroudfanes. One is located near the bottom of a chasm near the entrance to the Underdwell. A second lies behind a Refract lock near the Font of Kalthus. The final one is accessed by riding a leyline on the way to Glaivegate fortress.
