A.S. General:
Regretfully I have the duty of reporting the loss of the Stone Fleet, along the route of Wound's Crossing (not far outside of Void Harbor).
On the morning of Mercies 13, the fleet departed Void Harbor intent upon the reconnaissance of Folly's Edge. However, a changewind (of unpredictably large size) gusted up from the Wound's deep, subsequently neutralizing the entire fleet's active hover enchantments. Unfortunately, all 33 skyriggers plummeted into the terminus. A total of 497 hands were lost.
