After the disaster, and despite rumors in Lucium that the Gatterond had been caused by Akoth&amp;#039;s ideas of shared magic, the Oremic survivors built the Library of Akoth and Institute of Cultural Equality. Dedicated to Akoth&amp;#039;s goal of a shared distribution of magic, the Library leveraged a group of enchanted Chroniclers to research additional solutions for returning spellcasting abilities to all citizens of Aveum.
