So you want to help the Aveum Wiki... great! This page is a brief introduction to how to do so. I expect that it will grow as this wiki does.
Style Guide[edit source]
Since Immortals of Aveum uses American grammar, this wiki should as well. Correct grammar and spelling should be used at all times. For the grammar, spelling, and capitalization of made up words, default to what is used in game.
Articles should be written in an accurate, objective, concise, out-of-game perspective. When subjective opinions are used in articles, it should be clearly cited who those opinions belong to (a developer, a character in game, a journalist, etc.)
Images[edit source]
Images should only be uploaded if they are relevant to illustrating the articles, or if they have a historical archival value. All uploaded images should be publicly available and the property of either Ascendant Studios, Electronic Arts, or their partners. If images not belonging to those parties are uploaded, you should have explicit permission from the author.
If you're uploading screenshots that you've taken to this wiki, you automatically grant us the right to publish and redistribute them.
Image Names[edit source]
Images are named based on their origin, type, and content.
For example, Marketing-Char-Jak.jpg is a Marketing image of a Character named Jak, and IOA-Location-Lucium02.jpg is an image taken from the Game Immortals of Aveum by a user, of a Location named Lucium and it is the second file showing that location.
The origin prefixes are:
- Marketing - for marketing images officially posted by Ascendant Studios or Electronic Arts
- IOA - for images taken from Immortals of Aveum (such as screenshots)
- Concept - for concept art
- Map - for cartography from outside of the game
The type prefixes are:

- Enemy - for enemies (that are not also characters)
- Gear - for images of gear
- Journal - for images from the Journal

- Mission - for screenshots of specific missions and events in game
- Other - for things that don't fit into other categories
- Spell - for visuals of spells
Code of Conduct[edit source]
