Sandrakk, also known as the Tyrant of Rasharn, is the leader of Rasharn's military. He intends to win the Everwar, control magic, and reshape the world as he sees fit.[1] He appears to be succeeding, and "pushed Lucium to the brink." [1]
Like Jak, Sandrakk is a Triarch capable of using all three colors of magic. [2]
