The city of Nocea was once a thriving metropolis, where opposing armies in the Everwar could meet to negotiate treaties and other articles of war. It has since fallen to disrepair, and is only inhabited by a handful of descendants now.

2nd of the Month of Ordeal
There's not much left of Nocea anymore. Sandrakk used the power of the Binding Stone to actually shift the Wound around it. The resulting quake tore down most of what was an already crumbling city.
