Oaths are one of the oldest and most potent forms of magic. Some believe that they're tied directly to the first lifeward agreements that mankind made with the leylines of the Pentacade. Oaths are so strong that Sandrakk has yet to figure out a way to circumvent them with the Binding Stone.
