Oremen's sky-islands are crawling with these hostile constructs. Kenzie called them Chroniclers, so they've got to have some kind of connection to the Library of Akoth. Their long segmented arms are covered in an embossed Oremic script, almost like printing press slates-- a cool innovation I'd appreciate more if the Chroniclers weren't trying to murder me.
