Luna is Jak's childhood best friend. The two of them were the leaders of a family of orphaned children which also included Babs, Caleb, and Fife. Immortals of Aveum starts on the day before her 16th birthday, and she is eager to join the Lights Army in the morning so that she can escape her life in Seren. During the Rasharnian raid that night, Luna attempted to fight a Rasharnian Red Magnus and was thrown into the Wound in the process. [1]
Like Jak, she is an Unforeseen, though she is only able to use Blue magic.
Early Life[edit | edit source]
Luna is already living with Babs, Caleb, and Fife when they met Jak. She recruited him into the gang after quizzing him to make sure that he was really from Seren.[2]
Some time later, she was able to save up enough money to purchase the large house that the family lives in when the game begins. [2]
She and the rest of the family make their money from petty theft as well as the "janitorial duty" of shooting Lurge from the buildings of Seren.
Prior to her 16th birthday (draft age), she was excited to join the Lights Army and fight for Lucium in the Everwar. She was often in her room reading a manual of Lights Army Regulations as well as other books on military life. She hoped that because she has a little bit of magical ability, she could be promoted through the ranks and eventually retire with her own farm.[1]
After Caleb was wounded stealing a snowglobe that was meant to be her birthday present, it was Luna who thought of a plan to raid the nearby manor in search of medicine. While inside, Seren was attacked by Rasharnian forces. Jak and Luna ran back to their home, but arrived just in time to see it blown up by the magical blast of a Rasharnian airship that was intending to destroy a nearby Lucian Blue Magnus who was engaged in a fight with a Rasharnian Red Magnus. Luna picked up the dead Magnus' sigil and attacked the Rasharnian, who in turn blasted her down into the Wound.
