As per the decree of Rasharnian High Command, let it be known that the following infractions are punishable by public caning and humiliation:
The singing/humming/performing of all Lucian national hymns
The laudation of Lucian traditions and ideals
Joviality of any sort outside the confines of Rasharnian National Tradition
