We, King Valentean the XXVII, High Chair of the Wells of Wisdom, and the Defender of the Ten Aspects, by the Grace of All Saints of Lucium, Lavenry (and Our other Realms and Territories), have accordingly taken into Our Royal Consideration the substantial sacrifice, valor, and initiative of the Lights Army and the Order of Immortals at the Battle of the Wound (even if lacking devotion, dedication, and commitment to superior rank and chain of command). Subsequently, and in agreement with all (unsullied) Royal Dynastic Houses, it is by Our proclamation that Lights Army personnel and Magni in devotion to the Order of the Immortals take pleasure in Our Royal Absolution and Amnesty in matters regarding rank-breaking and dereliction of oath, and henceforth enjoy Our Appreciation and Praise. In Our Royal Wisdom, We further declare that Zendara of House Kaduss be recognized as Grand Magnus of the Immortals and the King's Marshall of the Army of Lights.
