Welcome Jak!
I hope you find the quarters to your liking. They were previously used by a Kleylish Magnus who had a side hustle as a fishmonger in Greyveil Plaza. Like they say, you can take the Kleylish out of the sea, but you can't etc. Anyway, I think we got most of the smell out.
